GSM/VoIP Technician – Understanding of VoIP/SIP and basic networking (TCP/IP) required, GSM knowledge a plus. Primarily based in GTO office, but ability to travel within country, possibly internationally is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office a necessity, and with Linux and Open Office preferred. Responsibilities include managing trouble tickets and assisting customers with technical issues.

VoIP Pre-Sales Engineer – Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date understanding of overall design and technical issues, supporting and consulting with sales team on complex technical issues, designing and presenting targeted solutions based on customer requirements and business cases, developing and implementing technical training initiatives, providing technical answers to customer questions in written and spoken formats, and presenting products and representing the company at trade events. A mix of strong technical and interpersonal skills required, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office. Familiarity with Linux and Open Office preferred.
Network Operations Center Monitor – Responsibilities involve monitoring telecommunications network, managing and escalating trouble tickets and in-bound customer service enquiries. Applicants should have flexible hours, excellent typing skills, a detail orientation and focus on the customer as well as being computer savvy. Call center or related experience a plus.
Application and User Interface Developer (L.A.M.P. Developer) – Individuals with varying programming, database and web application skills sought. Must be fluent in Perl and comfortable in MySQL. The following experience and skill sets are needed: Linux, CGI, Object-Oriented Programming, Javascript and DHTML. Knowledge of VoIP protocols a plus. Must be able to work towards group-based goals, but in an independent fashion.

VoIP Switch Engineer – Looking for experienced VoIP engineer who has 4+ years of industry experience in switching, routing and VoIP protocols. Must have in-depth understanding of SIP, H.323 and G.729 audio codecs. Should be familiar with Nextone, Mera, Freeswitch and Asterisk. Applicants must be hard-working, responsible and accustomed to a high-pressure production environment. An orientation toward details and strong problem-solving ability required. Must not be afraid to ask questions.
